1. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by CPA Club Inc. (“CPAClub”), located in Irvine, California. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Apple Inc., the State Bar of California, or the California Lawyers Association.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of CPAClub and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on October 22, 2026 and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter by completing the online entry form on CPAClub’s website during the giveaway period.
Alternatively, individuals may enter by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Guardians Giveaway Entry” and providing their full name and email address.
No purchase, Guardians Pass membership, or consent to receive marketing communications is required to enter or win. Both entry methods have equal chances of winning.
Limit one entry per person.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a new Apple HomeView, with an approximate retail value of $299.
The prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. CPAClub reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
The drawing will take place on or about December 3, 2026. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within five calendar days. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond within the specified period, an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and CPAClub’s decisions regarding the administration of the giveaway, subject to applicable law.
CPAClub reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, duplicate, automated, or otherwise invalid entries and to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its integrity or administration, subject to applicable law.
8. Privacy and Marketing Communications
Information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, and contact the winner.
Individuals who separately consent to receive communications from CPAClub may also receive information about the Guardians Pass, Guardians+ Pass, and other CPAClub offerings. Marketing consent is not required to participate in the giveaway.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with CPAClub’s Privacy Policy, available on its website.

9. Educational Resources
CPAClub’s Guardians Pass provides year-round general education and resources related to California trust accounting requirements, including Expert Q&A Sessions, on-demand education, a trust accounting resource library, and other learning materials.
These resources are intended for general educational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, advice on attorney professional responsibility matters, or firm-specific accounting, compliance, or consulting advice.
CPAClub does not evaluate an individual law firm’s compliance or provide recommendations based on its specific circumstances through the Guardians Pass. Each law firm remains solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable requirements and determining how to apply the information provided to its own practices.
10. State Bar of California Disclaimer
CPAClub is a State Bar of California-approved provider of CTAPP compliance reviews. However, CPAClub and its representatives are not employed, endorsed, or otherwise engaged by the State Bar to provide the Guardians Pass or its educational resources on the State Bar’s behalf.
The Guardians Pass and its educational materials have been independently developed by CPAClub and have not been reviewed, endorsed, or approved by the State Bar of California.
11. CTAPP Compliance Review Benefit
An active Guardians Pass includes a CTAPP compliance review benefit if the law firm is selected by the State Bar of California during its membership term, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, independence restrictions, professional standards, and program terms.
Where permitted under applicable independence and regulatory requirements, CPAClub will perform the CTAPP compliance review at no additional cost under a separate engagement agreement.
If CPAClub is unable to perform the review due to independence restrictions or other engagement acceptance considerations, the law firm may engage another State Bar-approved CPA firm, with CPAClub covering the actual cost of the review, up to a maximum of $5,000, subject to prior written approval and applicable program terms.
All CTAPP compliance reviews must be performed by an independent, State Bar-approved CPA firm under a separate engagement agreement directly with the law firm.
The CTAPP compliance review benefit is available only under the terms of an active Guardians Pass membership and does not guarantee selection for a review, acceptance of an engagement by CPAClub, or coverage of costs beyond the applicable benefit limits.
12. Guardians+ Professional Services
Guardians+ is a separate offering for law firms seeking CTAPP compliance reviews and related professional services after selection by the State Bar. These services are subject to separate engagement agreements, applicable professional standards, and independence requirements and are not automatically included in a standard Guardians Pass membership.
13. Changes to the Guardians Pass
CPAClub reserves the right to modify the features, benefits, pricing, availability, and eligibility requirements of the Guardians Pass, subject to applicable law and existing membership agreements.
Enrollment in the Guardians Pass establishes only those rights and benefits expressly provided under the applicable membership agreement and program terms.
Participation in the giveaway does not constitute enrollment in the Guardians Pass or establish entitlement to any membership benefit or professional service.
