Prior to his consulting and training career, Ralph served as a national office quality control partner at one of the largest international accounting firms. In this capacity, he was instrumental in shaping the firm’s quality control practices and ensuring compliance with rigorous standards. His deep knowledge and leadership in this role helped advance the firm’s commitment to audit quality and regulatory compliance.
Ralph is widely recognized for his role as the author and instructional designer of the highly regarded annual Accounting and Auditing Clinic. This clinic, presented across the U.S., has educated scores of firms and thousands of attendees on crucial aspects of accounting and auditing. His expertise extends to being a sought-after speaker and course facilitator, delivering presentations both nationally and internationally.
