Connor Crow, CPA

Connor Crow is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in public accounting, including several years with KPMG, where he developed deep expertise in accounting, auditing, and assurance services. During his time at KPMG, Connor served clients across a broad range of industries on both public and private company audit engagements, helping organizations navigate complex accounting and regulatory requirements while maintaining a strong focus on audit quality.

At CPAClub, Connor plays a key leadership role in helping accounting firms strengthen their systems of quality management. He works alongside firms across the country to design, implement, and continuously monitor their systems of quality management in accordance with the AICPA’s quality management standards and PCAOB QC 1000. Connor also serves as an engagement quality reviewer for audit engagements, provides fractional audit support to accounting firms, manages outsourced accounting services for private and public companies, and advises firm leaders on practical approaches to improving audit quality, operational effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.

In 2026, he was named the top honoree of Caseware’s inaugural 30 Under 30 Awards at CwX North America, recognizing emerging leaders who are embracing technology, advancing audit quality and integrity, and helping shape the future of the accounting profession.
