At Deloitte, Ellen excelled as a Senior Manager in the Accounting and Reporting Advisory group. In this role, she provided invaluable advisory services to clients on a range of critical issues, including SOX 404 implementation, ASC 606 revenue recognition, goodwill impairment, business combinations, carve-outs, and pre-IPO readiness. Her work was instrumental in helping clients adapt to evolving accounting standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring robust financial reporting and compliance.

Before her tenure at Deloitte, Ellen served as a Senior Manager within PwC’s Center of Excellence. Her role involved significant contributions to the firm’s National Quality Organization, where she dedicated two years to developing and delivering technical and skill-based training programs.
