Anyone who supports our mission. Whether you are a current or past member, an accounting professional, or someone connected to the profession—such as a lawyer, banker, or consultant—you are welcome to refer a firm or company that could benefit from CPAClub. 

Accounting firms or companies that may benefit from our support across audit and assurance, accounting and advisory, quality management, training and transformation, or regulatory and risk. If we can help them, they are a great fit for the Club. 

You can simply fill out our referral form or email the name and contact information of your referral to ally@cpaclub.cpa.

A referral is successful once the referred accounting firm or company becomes a CPAClub passholder and submits payment. 

Experience gift boxes are fulfilled shortly after each confirmed referral. Scholarship donations are pooled and distributed through the CPAClub Scholarship Fund at least once per year. Pass savings are available as soon as the referral is confirmed and do not expire.

No. Both your Ally rewards and Ally rank are based on your lifetime number of successful referrals and do not reset annually. Once you earn a rank—White, Blue, Silver, or Gold Star Ally—you keep it.

Yes. You can earn rewards gradually. Each referral counts toward your lifetime total and unlocks additional benefits as you reach new ranks. Your Ally rank and benefits grow as your total referrals increase over time.

You can still earn all Ally rewards, including experience gift boxes and scholarship donations. For pass savings, you may gift your eligible discount to the firms or companies you refer. Each referred member can receive up to 5% in gifted savings. This limit applies no matter your rank or referral count. If they later become an Ally themselves, their own rewards will replace any gifted savings—benefits cannot be stacked.

Experience Gift Boxes are curated gifts that allow you to choose one activity from thousands of options around the world—ranging from relaxing getaways to once-in-a-lifetime adventures.

We currently use Tinggly, a global gift-solution company, to fulfill these experiences. You’ll receive a digital voucher or physical box to redeem for the experience of your choice. We reserve the right to substitute the box for a comparable gift if needed.

For each successful referral, CPAClub allocates funds toward our Scholarship Fund. These donations are pooled and distributed at least once a year to support future CPAs.

Yes. You’ll receive confirmation for each successful referral. We also recognize Allies on our website, showing your Ally rank and the number of stars you’ve earned based on your lifetime total.

No. You can use either your Ally savings or the Annual Pass savings, not both. Annual Pass savings offer our best available pricing. If you are eligible for both, we will apply the greater of the two discounts.

Yes. CPAClub follows AICPA guidance on referral fees. If a benefit—such as a discount, gift, donation, or recognition—is provided in connection with a referral, we disclose that to the referred party through our services agreement. To comply with professional ethics, no referral benefits are provided in connection with attest engagements.

Yes. While we’re committed to recognizing and rewarding our Allies, CPAClub reserves the right to adjust the structure, benefits, or terms of the Ally program at any time. Any changes will be made with fairness in mind and communicated clearly.
